Warranty
As an expression of confidence
in the excellence of the design, materials and
workmanship involved in all the various aspects
of bringing gold rings and jewelry to you, DIAMOND
JEWELZ provides the following warranty:
CONDITIONS
OF LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your DIAMOND JEWELZ product
is found to have a defect in material or workmanship,
DIAMOND JEWELZ will repair such defect without
charge for materials or labor. DIAMONDS AND
GEMSTONES ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.
DIAMOND JEWELZ is not liable for lost or cracked
stones, but in the event a stone happens to loosen
or fall out, DIAMOND JEWELZ may reset the stone
at no extra labor cost.
OWNERS RESPONSIBILITIES
This warranty does NOT cover
expenses incurred due to a lack of proper care
for DIAMOND JEWELZ line of products.
Retain proof of purchase
documents. You will be requested by DIAMOND JEWELZ
to provide proof of purchase in order to receive
warranty service.
Notify DIAMOND JEWELZ of
any apparent defects promptly upon their discovery
within 15 days of receipt .
DO NOT ship your products to DIAMOND JEWELZ without
prior authorization. No ' to collect ' shipments
will be accepted.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover
the following:
- Defects that are the
result of improper care, maintenance or repair.
- Failures that result
from abnormal strain, neglect, modification
or accidental damage.
- Products purchased from
resellers not authorized by DIAMOND JEWELZ to
sell DIAMOND JEWELZ products.
- Products no longer owned
by the original purchaser.
RETURNING
PRODUCTS
Before returning a product,
clients are required to contact DIAMOND JEWELZ
in order to establish return modalities.
